Final resolution: Owner reached out to me and I was informed the company would resolve my reported issues on their next scheduled visit. However, to my surprise they came the next day and I am happy to report my lawn looks so much better! I do appreciate the quick response and resolution. Edited to add: I have submitted a work order to my HOA and hope to see an improvement. I live in the same neighborhood as Bonnie Benjamin. But I do not have the same experience and have reported my issues to the management company to inform them as such. Unfortunately, the job done on my lawn and area around my home seems very half done. Specifically the areas around the landscaping that circles my mailbox post. It's never edged up properly and uneven. This has lead to overgrowth over the landscape edging I put it and the surrounding grass is nearly 1-2 inches taller than the rest of the lawn. Very disappointed. I put effort into trying to keep our landscaping neat and relatively cleaned up but the half-completed job on the lawn really overshadows that effort.

What a wonderful job these guys do on my yard, they come every other Friday and I alway go outside and chat with them. These guys are so sweet to me and my dogs. ❤️

My family has lived in our hoa for almost a decade. It seemed like we have gone through landscaping companies faster than you can sip down some water in this south Florida heat. Finally, the board brought on fresh start. Let me say they are a breath of fresh air. Nick and his team are great. Each time theyre in my community we have Gatorades ready for them. Our HOA, Murano Bay, reached out to Nic and his crew after our current landscapers had clearly dropped the ball and just didn't care anymore.

Nic showed up at our community the same day we called, and met with us to walk the property, understand our needs, and discuss how to get our community back in shape.

Later that same day he sent us a competitive quote, and provided his Certificate of Insurance, Workers Comp info, etc. (Which I mention because many of the other companies we asked to quote did NOT provide this info).

Marco and his crew showed up today for their first service, and not only did they perform the work we asked them do, but they went above and beyond by trimming hedges, pruning trees, spraying weeds, and even doing extra work for some of the common areas which we did not request. Amazing!

Fransisco fit us into his schedule pretty last minute, which I greatly appreciate. His response time was amazing and gave us a broken down quote (which not everyone does). They did spring clean up, pulled weeds, edged the beds, sprayed to prevent weeds from coming back, mulch and river rock in various flower beds. They even took care of a few dead pushes and some poison ivy they found. We are pleased with the quality of the work.
