Mr. Brown joined Fresh Start Maintenance Inc. on December 15, 2025, as a Landscape Supervisor, recommended by our Operations Manager. With previous experience at a larger landscaping company, Shaan brought with him a wide range of technical, mechanical, and hands-on skills. From day one, Shaan impressed the team with his friendly demeanor, sense of humor, and strong work ethic.

He quickly integrated into the company, adapting seamlessly as though he had been with us for years. Both staff and clients appreciate his positive presence, and he is always willing to lend a helping hand. We consistently receive high praise from clients for his excellent communication skills, deep expertise in the field, and collaborative spirit.

Shaan particularly enjoys servicing properties near lakes and rivers, as he is an avid fisherman. Even during short breaks, you can often find him casting a line—catch and release, of course. A true South Florida fisherman, he balances his passion with professionalism.

No matter the challenges the day brings, Shaan ensures every property is maintained to the highest standard, keeps his crew motivated, and still finds time to enjoy what he loves.
