Mr. Charles Frederick joined the Fresh Start Maintenance family on March 26, 2024, bringing with him a contagious enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Starting as a dedicated crew member, Charles quickly showcased his potential, earning a promotion to supervisor through sheer hard work and a passion for learning. His relentless drive and countless hours spent honing his craft culminated in his well-deserved appointment as Fresh Start’s Irrigation Foreman on February 17, 2025.

Today, Charles leads our Irrigation Department with confidence and expertise, overseeing everything from repairing timers and fixing underground line breaks to diagnosing complex wire and controller issues. His ability to tackle emergency irrigation challenges with precision and a cool head makes him an indispensable part of our team. Beyond his technical prowess, Charles embodies the spirit of teamwork, always ready to step into any role to keep Fresh Start’s momentum moving forward. With a warm smile and an infectious positive attitude, Charles is more than just a foreman—he’s a vital member of our Fresh Start family. His journey from crew member to leader is a testament to the power of hard work, dedication, and a willingness to learn.
