Since joining our team on April 28, 2025, he has brought an infectious enthusiasm, encompassed with a relentless drive to pursue the American dream, both as a dedicated husband and father and as a professional committed to excellence. Initially starting as a crew member and driver, Aashad quickly proved himself to be a standout talent. His adaptability, strong work ethic, and passion for delivering top-notch results made him a natural fit for leadership. On July 20, 2025, Aashad earned a well-deserved promotion to Crew Supervisor, where he has continued to shine. With a keen eye for detail and an ability to tackle complex projects with ease, Aashad leads his team with confidence, integrity, and a positive attitude that inspires everyone around him. Aashad’s professionalism and commitment to quality have not only surpassed every goal we’ve set but have also won the trust and admiration of his crew, colleagues, and clients alike.
