Ms. Candy Badillo serves as Fresh Start’s Landscaping Liaison and Human Resources Officer. She joined our winning team on March 18, 2024, obtaining this prestigious title through her unwavering dedication and genuine care for all our employees. Her cheerful attitude each morning has fostered strong bonds within our teams, reinforcing her role as a leader. Ms. Badillo is responsible for all employee-related aspects, such as team-building exercises, morale programs, time tracking, incident reports, payroll, and raises. Additionally, her duties encompass invoicing, creating proactive and reactive client work orders, and managing operational schedules.
