Heather Guy-Wallis

Ms. Heather Guy-Wallis holds the esteemed position of Executive Vice President. When Fresh Start Maintenance Inc. was founded by Mr. Nicholas Petrino, he anticipated rapid growth for the company. In 2023, he recognized the need for administrative support to keep up with the demands of our clients, employees, and overall operations. During her interview, Mrs. Guy-Wallis’s funloving and caring demeanor, combined with 20 years of experience in property management, made her the ideal candidate for the role of Administrative Aide, which she officially assumed on August 12, 2023. Since then, she has excelled at every turn. After her first year, she was promoted to Business Manager, where she took on the full operational responsibilities of Fresh Start Maintenance Inc. under Mr. Petrino’s leadership.

On February 27, 2025, through her steadfast dedication, she earned the promotion to Vice President. Mrs. Guy-Wallis has become an invaluable asset to our company and is considered family by Mr. Petrino. Under her leadership, Fresh Start’s potential for continued development and growth is limitless.
