Mr. Soto joined the Fresh Start Maintenance team on June 29, 2026, bringing with him a contagious enthusiasm and an unwavering commitment to excellence. He began his career at age 16 working alongside his family in their family-owned and operated irrigation company, where he developed a deep, hands-on foundation in the field.

Today, Juan leads our Irrigation Department with confidence and expertise. He oversees the full range of irrigation operations—from repairing timers and repairing underground line breaks to diagnosing complex wire and controller issues. His ability to approach emergency irrigation challenges with precision, composure, and efficiency has made him an indispensable member of the team.

A true self-starter, Juan handles even the largest properties, including communities of 600-plus units, with ease and requires no assistant. His extensive experience, technical skill, and independent work ethic allow him to deliver consistent, high-quality results across every project.
