A longtime friend of our CEO, Mr. Petrino, Mr. Pickett’s professional journey with our founder began years ago when Mr. Pickett served as Lead Equipment Repair Supervisor at Green Thumb of Palm Beach, while Mr. Petrino was just starting out in the landscaping industry. This enduring relationship underscores the deep trust and shared vision that now propel our team forward.

In his pivotal role, Mr. Pickett brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the operational aspects of Fresh Start Maintenance Inc. He is tasked with ensuring the company operates at full capacity, overseeing all landscaping projects within the operational sector, and maintaining seamless momentum without skipping a beat. As our dedicated Emergency Response Officer, he responds promptly to critical issues—such as equipment malfunctions or personnel shortages—leveraging his proven skills to resolve them efficiently and effectively.
